The homeowner chose James Hardie siding with ColorPlus Technology for both its modern look and for its low-maintenance properties. ColorPlus Technology ensures the siding’s vibrant colors don’t fade over time. It is also resistant to damage, including the harsh weather common in the Denver area, and includes a 15-year warranty. Because our team discovered hail damage that required roof and siding replacement, the customer was able to design an entirely new, cohesive exterior. She selected Night Gray lap and board batten siding with Arctic White trim and custom-built, red shutters.
In the course of the installation process, our crew discovered flaws in the original construction. To correct these issues, we added sheathing and insulation where required to meet building codes and provide the homeowner with a better-insulated home.
Homeowner Chooses F-Wave Synthetic Roof Shingles for Attractiveness and Durability
To replace the hail-damaged roof, our customer chose F-Wave synthetic shingles in Charcoal. F-Wave shingles provide homeowners with the look of slate, cedar shakes, and asphalt but with much less maintenance.
