Renovations: Siding Replacement, Roof Replacement, Hail Damage/Storm Repair
A Parker couple needed an exterior overhaul for their 1990s-built home due to hail and water damage. The couple drove by a neighbor’s home who had previously worked with us to view our craftsmanship. They were impressed with the results and set up a meeting with a member of our experienced team.
The homeowners appreciated our methodical approach to assessing their renovation needs and employed us to complete the renovation project. Upon inspecting the home, our crew found water damage in the walls and siding, and wear and tear on the roof, gutters, and windows.
A new look and no more hail damage
Our design team worked with the couple to select a look to suit their home’s style using our rendering software. In addition to suggesting shake trim on the upper front of the home, we helped the customers choose a roofing color to accent the new siding.
The couple chose James Hardie’s durable, low-maintenance ColorPlus siding in the Timber Bark color and picked trim, soffit, and fascia in the Cobblestone color. The comprehensive renovation project also included new sheathing, gutters, and wall insulation; garage door painting, and a new GAF ArmorShield II roof in Mission Brown.
James Hardie siding is highly weather-resistant and is designed to not easily dent, crack, or warp, ensuring the couple’s home won’t realize the hail and water damage that their home had endured in the past.
A gorgeous new exterior to last for decades
The homeowners were thrilled with the results of our work and were especially impressed with the high-quality craftsmanship that we were able to complete quickly and efficiently. “We could not be happier with the way it turned out,” they said.
